If this is happened you will need to supply us with an alternative personal email address to convert your account to. We have tried in the past to work with schools to overcome “these settings” and discovered that many school IT personnel are not aware of how to manage school systems to allow our email. Working with each school experiencing this issue has proven to not be time productive.
